Most of my training (and a lot of my success) comes from the awesome workouts my coach, Dave Dame (of Runner’s Life Peterborough), punishes challenges me with.  My crazy work schedule doesn’t always let me get out with the group for that extra push, but I do always try to stick to the plan for the week.  If you ever get a chance pop, by for a group training session and meet some really friendly, motivating people.
